What is your shipping policy?
For New Zealand customers-
We use Fastway Couriers for all orders within New Zealand.
Rural delivery costs extra and can take up to 72 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We currently only send to Australia, the postage rate is $15 NZD per item.
Can I make a return?
As all our items are vintage one off items, we cannot offer you another size. However, if you send your order back within 5 working days (14 working days for all international customers) we will offer you a store credit to the total of your purchase (not including shipping). If you are wanting to make a return, please email email@example.com describing why you are wanting to make a return.
Please send your returns using a tracked or couriered service as we will not be liable for lost in transit returns. Your return must be in unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition. If your return is deemed to not be in the condition it was when sent out, we will not accept your return and it will be send back to you.
We measure and provide accurate sizing for each item we sell so before you purchase an item, please be sure to check your measurements against our provided information to ensure the perfect fit.
Can I try on an online item in store?
Yes you can, the online items are not kept on the shop floor. Ask our friendly staff for assistance.
Where do you get your items from?
Our items are handpicked in California by New Zealand fashion buyers.
What is the difference in the condition status of each item?
Excellent vintage condition. - Near perfect condition.
Great vintage condition. - Worn before but looked after perfectly. No obvious flaws
Loved vintage condition - Has that 'lived in' feel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through Paypal using a debit or credit card.
